Our next show
Saturday 6th Feb, 2021
Looking forward to putting on a big show in 2021. Put Saturday 6th February in your diary as the committee has started organising now.
The popular Show Shear, will feature some young talented shearers that are a must to watch. This event is held in the 3 stand shearing board built by our wonderful community volunteers.
The 'Junior Showgirl Competition' is back. There are 4 categories from Newborns through to teenager (17 yrs). Entry forms are on this website, so enter early.
This year we will have a lot more fun fill events which all ages can participate in. Keep any eye on our social media pages for more details closer to show day. Plus the awesome event for the kids is the Nimmitabel Bushkid's Challenge. This event has proved very popular. There is good prize money up for grabs. Ages from 5 to 12 years can enter.
The Stud and Commercial Cattle sections have grown in size over the last few years, so the competition should be high. The new and improved sheep shed means that the Judging Competition is now under cover and the Sheep Section events will flow smoothly throughout the day.
Man & Woman on their machines... that is Chainsaw racing...an awesome display of skills showed by the competitors, who come from all over the state.
Who doesn't love dogs and especially working dogs. The yard dog trials is one event that is hard to walk away from once your start watching. These dogs are amazing and so good looking.... the handlers aren't that bad either.... One of the favourite's is the novice, these first time dogs just melt your heart.
The Horse program has something for everyone. With 4 rings running continuously throughout the day will keep your wondering which one to watch. There is showjumping, barrel and flag racing, pony club ring and many more...
Check our Facebook page and our Instagram for regular updates, you might even find yourself pictured.
See you all on 6th February 2021. The place to be is at the Nimmitabel show. You won't want to miss it!
warning....this show contains elements of way too much fun and entertainment.
